My name is Monica. I am from Chandigarh. I have done my graduation from Punjab University. My hobbies are listening music and dancing. There are four family members in my family and now I want to join BPO.

2. WHY DO YOU WANT TO JOIN BPO?

Now a day’s BPO is fastest growing industry so that I want to make my career in this sector and also I want to improve my communication skills.

3. ARE YOU COMFORTABLE IN SHIFTS ROTATION?

Yes, I can do any shifts. 3pm – 12am, 11pm-8am , 6am-3pm

4. MEANING OF BPO?

Business process outsourcing, KPO- Knowledge process outsourcing

5. HOW MANY TYPES OF BPO?

There are two types of BPO. Inbond and Outbond.

In inbound we have to receive calls and gives solutions to the customers regarding their problems like balance deductions and sim activation etc. In outbond we make calls and sale our products like value added services, hello tunes and net packs.

6. ARE YOU PURSUING IN STUDY OR GOVERNMENT PREPRATION?

No, I don’t have pursing study.

7. FUTURE STUDY PLANNING ?

I don’t have future study plans.

My strength are punctuality and hardworking

My aim is to become a good career in your organisation.

13. WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU?

Because I have good communication skills ready to work in night shift also and I cant take unnecessary leaves. Moreover I am punctual, hardworking and an honest person. I have good convincing power so I can easily handle customers. If you give me one chance then I can prove myself.

14. WHAT DID YOU HAVE DONE IN EARLY MORNING?

I wake up early in morning at 5am. After that I went for walk.

15. DIFFERENCE BETWEEN IN CHD AND YOUR HOMETOWN?

There are lots of difference b/w my hometown and Chandigarh like

27. How did spent your yesterday?

I got up early in the morning at 6’oclock. I got fresh and brushed my teeth.aft that I went out to a nearby park where I did physical exercise and meditation. After returned back I took bath and have my breakfast as tea and snacks. Read newspaper. At 10 o’clock I went out my friends home where we discussed some topics. At 12 o’ clock at noon I returned back my home and have my lunch ,took some rest , watched television. At 4 o’clock in the evening I went out market side where I bought some house hold things . At 6 pm to 9 pm I enjoyed with Internet surfing and television watching. At 10 o’clock I took my dinner. At 11 pm I went to sleep. That was my yesterday.
