Rule & Regulations

  1. Fee once deposited towards registration/ screening test/admission/ course is neither refundable nor adjustable in any other programme of the Institute. Students becoming dis-interested or failing to join Institute for any reason whatsoever will not be entitled to get any refund to the deposited money.
  2. The institute reserves the right to change the timetable and/ re-schedule classes for which a notice may be displayed on the Notice board of the website of Institute.
  3. The Institute reserves the right to change and/or re-arrange the Batches depending upon the performance of the student for which notice may be displayed on the Notice-board of the Institute.
  4. Without depositing the requisite fee, the student will not be allowed to attend of classes.
  5. The institute reserves the right to change the venue and / or address of the institute/ Classes / Tutorial classes/ Test and when required within the tricity for which a notice may be displayed on the Notice Board as well as on website of the Institute. No student and/ or his/ her parents can raise an objection in this regard.
  6. If a student does not attend three consecutive classes without prior intimation, it will be understood that he/she is not interested in pursuing the programme and his/her enrollment will be cancelled.
  7. Any form of indiscipline, disobedience or misbehavior will attract immediate cancellation of enrollment of the student.
  8. The student found joining any other private institute or coaching/tutorial classes for the same subject anywhere else except his school/school/college will be expelled and his enrollment will be cancelled.
  9. Latecomers will not, usually be allowed into the class and will be considered absent without prior intimation. Teacher’s discretion in this regard will be final and binding.
  10. Institute reserves the right to admission. It can deny/ refuse admission to anyone without assigning any reason.
  11. Every programme is pre-defined in terms of number of hours of classroom contact, assignment, tests and tutorials. Except for unforeseen circumstances, the programme will be completed as scheduled.
  12. Student should intimate the following to the office immediately on occurrence:-
    1.  Change of Correspondence/postal address.
    2. Change of and/or additional telephone number(s).
    3. Registration/Roll No. Of all the competitive examination(s)
  13. Responsibility of timely payment for all outstanding dues rests with the students or their parents/guardians. All installments will have to be deposited by 5th of the month in which it falls due. Delay in this regard will be viewed serious. The institute may impose fine for late remission of dues, which will be announced from time to time any, may terminate the enrolment of the defaulting student(s). In case of any dispute, the legal jurisdiction will be Mohali only.
