Orientation about the interview in context of PSU Banks:

Personal interview preparation at FLAME INSTITUTE is provided by senior/retired bankers from State Bank of India, most of whom have been on interview panel of State Bank of India. The session starts with a detail discussion on what is the expectation of a bank from a candidate, what kind of questions a candidate can expect in interview and how to go about it all. On the very first day itself, candidates are guided about resume based questions, which each of them might be asked in the interview.

Refresher Course on Banking Concepts:

The preparation for the Personal Interview for SBI at FLAME INSTITUTE starts with a crash course on various Economic Terminology, Banking terminology and current affairs. The refresher is aimed at getting you acquainted to relevant content.

Personal Interviews

Each participant will go through a series of interviews and will be interviewed by a panel comprising Senior Bankers from SBI and other experienced trainers, who have years of experience in providing GD – PI Training. Individual feedback will be provided and progress monitored over the course of the series of interviews.

Group Discussions

Candidate will be exposed to multiple Group Discussion rounds on varied topics ranging from burning Social Issues to current affairs, government policies, sports etc. A Complete 360 degrees analysis will be done for each candidate so that the best can come out on the Day.
