QUALIFICATION
The applicant should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized university. He must have passed matriculation with Hindi as one of the subject and must have proficiency in operation of computers (word processing and spread sheets).
The applicant should fulfill the condition of qualification on the last date of receipt of applications i.e.02.05.2015 (last date of registration step-II)

The written examination may be conducted at the examination centres located in Chandigarh, Mohali or anywhere in the State of Haryana. Candidates have to make their own arrangement for reaching at the examination centresso allotted to them.Atthe first instance, answer sheets of ‘General Knowledge’ paperwill be evaluated.
There will be negative marking in multiple choice questions.
For every wrong answer, 1/5th mark would be deducted. The question(s) not attempted will receive no creditor discredit.
The answer sheets of the ‘EnglishComposition’paper will be evaluated only of those candidates who qualify the ‘General Knowledge’ Paper i.e. obtain 33% marks in ‘General Knowledge’ or above
. However, no candidate shall be considered to have qualified the written Examination unless he obtains 40% marks in the aggregate of both subjects.
